My government name is Vance Quinn. In ceremony I was given the name kihew wataniy by nimosompan. My parents are Carl and Florence Quinn. On my Dad’s side my grandparents were Maurice and Elizabeth Quinn from Saddle Lake and on my Mom’s side were Joe and Rosie Cardinal from Goodfish Lake. I am married to Jaime Hunter-Quinn and we have three children; Breyson,  Paisley and Presley. I am teacher at Kihew Asiniy in Saddle Lake and recently completed my Indigenous Masters in Education at Blue Quills. I am a non fluent nehiyaw and am working toward fluency. I live a Traditional way of Life. This is who I am and what brings me Joy.

Our Mission

Through our sweaters, we aim to reflect the teachings of the four directions and the beauty of star blanket motifs, honoring the deep-rooted traditions of the Cree people and the personal journey of our founder, Vance Quinn. Embracing family, education, and culture, we create garments that do more than just keep you warm—they tell a story.
